Buffalo Chicken Puffs

I found this recipe at allrecipes.com and after making it the way the recipe directed (sorry, I didn't blog it, but it was good also!) I thought I could adapt it into a buffalo chicken style.

Buffalo Chicken Puffs

Ingredients
3 oz cream cheese, softened

1 Tablespoon butter, softened

2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed

1/4 cup celery, diced
1 Tablespoon milk

1 Tablespoon ranch dressing

3 Tablespoons hot sauce
(I used Frank's Hot Sauce)
1 (8 oz) package of refrigerated crescent rolls

Directions
Cream together cream cheese and butter. Add cooked chicken, celery, milk, ranch dressing and hot sauce.
Separate crescent dough into four rectangles. Press perforations together to seal dough.

Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture into the center of each rectangle. Fold up the four corners of the dough to center of mixture and twist to seal.
Place puffs onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350ยบ for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Amanda's Analysis:
These were pretty good. I think I will play around with the amounts of each ingredient a little more. Maybe a little more ranch, or use blue cheese dressing instead. I also think adding some cheddar cheese might be tasty. Overall, they were pretty easy to make and pretty good to eat, I give them 5 spoons.

John's Jibba-Jabba:
Tasty and easy to make. Next time I would like to try them with blue cheese and more hot sauce. The puffs get 5 spoons.
